The purpose of the redesign was  to the increase the customer conversion rate by making the Re:member offer easy to understand and the content attractive and accessible.

The customer journey was completely redesigned and the identity updated with guidelines for implementation throughout the organisation. The result: a simplified and improved feed - and happier customers.
