The Norwegian Culinary Team and Scandinavian Design Group won gold medal in the Culinary Olympics (Germany, 2008).
Together with the chefs we worked for months to create the winning table setting. Our design consisted of a centrepiece made from fresh cushion moss, mushrooms, wood and berries, a photograph of a beautiful autumn sky, sound recordings from Norwegian nature and a light design. Together these elements combined to create a vivid autumnal feel – providing the perfect backdrop for the chefs’ culinary art.
